We are a group of (now senior) men who graduated from high school together and have maintained our friendships since.
Our Mission
The game is a group of distinguished men of all walks of life with a background of successful ventures, who has established a nonprofit organization that wants to provide mentoring and guidance to young adults in urban communities.
This mentorship's goal is to assist them in dealing with life functions to include providing financial assistance to scholarship funding for vocational skills.

Will-Crosier
Will graduated in 1975 from Dunbar Vocational High School in Chicago.
He went to work at Commonwealth Edison as a tape librarian. There, he maintained computer data tapes and storage for the company.
During this time, he worked on his Bachelor of Science degree while moving up in the company.
Will continued his education and acquired his master’s degree in business administration.
He became a valued member of upper management.
Will was responsible for the meter readers on the South side of Chicago.
He managed several divisions in the company and was an advocate for diversity.
Will had an amazing talent for finance.
He supported the community and was an avid golfer.

Our Members
William Parker
[email protected]He served in the United States Army for 20 years in various locations around the world and after several missions retired from the military.
After his military service, William provided canine services to several entities of the government and now he owns his own company that trains and certifies dogs for various missions.
William is also the CEO of a nonprofit that provides assistance to the less fortunate.
Ken 'Kenny' Jones
He attended and graduated from Dunbar Vocational high school in 1975.
After high school, he started working for the government and later enlisted in the US NAVY.
After serving a tour, he continued his employment with the federal government as a software developer and a full time Union official.
He retired after 41 years of federal service and with 25+ years as a Union Official.
Carl Cater
He has held a number of positions in the industry, beginning his career as a bus driver and ultimately becoming the director of transportation in one of the largest school districts in the state of Texas.
Carl has received a number of certifications and awards over the years, including national awards given by the governing transportation organization.
After retiring Carl became a transportation consultant for his own company, Cater’s K-12 Transportation, where he provides his expert opinions on how to improve various transportation programs.
Carl graduated from Dunbar Vocational High School in Chicago, IL and received his associate's degree in industrial technology from Langston University.
He is a dedicated member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and has spent his adult life giving back to the community.
Charles 'Chuck' McKee
I am a serial entrepreneur self made and self paid. Some of my endeavors include Pharmacy owner, Salon, Tailoring shop, Day Spa owner, Real Estate Investor and Insurance Agent.
Currently, I manage the careers of entertainers as CEO of Big Hat Artist Management, but nothing is more rewarding than being a founding member of THE GAME.
Henry A. Deaderick
I was a member on the basketball and football team!
After High School, I continued my basketball career, with the nationally ranked NAIA Cougars of CHICAGO STATE UNIVERSITY.
I graduated with a B.S. in Special Education, certified in Learning Disabilities, Emotional and Behavioral Disorders!
My rewarding career, including CPS, began in 1980, where I was a Therapeutic teacher / Dean, until retirement in 2021, with Rochelle, my wife of 33 years.
In retirement, I am an active, and proud member of the group, G❤️A❤️M❤️E…“ Grown Aspiring Men Everyday”

Elvis Ted Pitts
He went on to Illinois State University to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Education in 1980.
He worked as a Physical Education Instructor & Head Basketball & Volleyball coach at CCA Academy until the opportunity opened up to replace his father at a job his father taught him to do in High School.
He spent 25 years there driving a refuse truck for Auburn Disposal until he retired in 2019.
He is now a proud member of G.A.M.E. where he has forged everlasting friendship's with his brothers.
Donald Hamilton Brown
I attended Dunbar Vocational High School in Chicago, Illinois , in 1975. After high school, I attended college at Kennedy-King College, Jackson State University, Chicago State University, Capella University, and the American Military University. I've earned two undergraduate degrees majoring in Physical Education BA and the other in Psychology BS, with a minor in Theatrical Arts. In addition, I've earned two graduate degrees, one in Human Services specializing in Family counseling MS and the other in non-profit organizational management MS.
I retired from the military after serving twenty-two years in the U.S. Army as a military intelligence officer. My area of expertise was counter-intelligence, counter espionage, counter drugs, and as an analyst.
After the military, I served ten years in the federal government with the Department of State and at The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA)/Pentagon as a program manager. I served at the Department of State in the construction security management division, where I managed a fifty million dollars budget responsible for construction security upgrades for our government U.S. Embassies around the world. At DIA/Pentagon, I reviewed and processed security clearances for the Navy, Army, Airforce, and Marines.
Furthermore,I've served as a board member for two non-profit organizations, Athletes Against Drugs with Stedman Graham and the retired National Basketball Association, (NBA) Chicago chapter both for 5 years.
Currently, I am President/CEO of H&G Consultants Inc, where we have secured contracts working as subcontractors for F.E.M.A, providing operational support during hurricane season in disaster areas We also serve as a gateway for small businesses seeking to secure government contracts.
Anthony Gomez
Started as a Auxiliary police officer and then became a regular Police Officer for 20 years and now I retired to the beautiful island of the Dominican Republic.
I have a wonderful family and love when some "Game" members come to visit and always been in charge for them to have a great time. 😃
I'm in the Dominican Army Reserve because my father was a high scale officer and I was in charge of his security.
Now I own a transportation company and a sales and rental Luxury Boats.
If one day you come to DR I will be the person to contact to have a wonderful time. 😎
Kevin J. Penn
I am also a graduate of the Dunbar Vocational H.S. Class of 1975. After graduation I went on to attend college where I received my B.S. degree and later my Master’s Degree.
I am also a very proud founding Member of Grown and Amazing Men Everyday (G.A.M.E.)
I joined the workforce at Michael Reese Hospital for 3 yrs. I later went on to join Law enforcement here in Chicago Il., New Orleans La. and in Atlanta Ga., I retired after 28 total years of Law Enforcement Service.
I have since moved back to the Chicagoland area where for the last 5 years I have become unretired and entered a second career of Education, with the Chicago Public School System.
As a Member of G.A.M.E. and being a kid from the inner-city as well as, of modest living conditions. I look forward to help guide some of our young people into becoming Fine, Upstanding and Positive members and role models themselves for their communities so that they might go on to help other kids with similar backgrounds.
